Being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and endometriosis led me to a dark place where I felt overwhelmed both physical and emotionally. The hopelessness, despair and stress was unbearable at times. Further fuel to the fire, my relationship went through a breakdown as well.

Those questions that I asked led me to my answers and to trust that I can help you find yours.

I started to explore holistic therapies. Kinesiology and Reiki found me and later realised that all what I went through was to help me find them.

Kinesiology helped me to realise that by taking responsibility for my thoughts, emotions, and limiting beliefs (as well as having optimal nutrition); this enabled me to achieve wellness.

My moods and symptoms improved dramatically. The hopelessness that I was experiencing was again replaced with hope. I was filled with more self love.

In addition, Reiki helped me to feel balanced emotionally and supported me to increase my energy levels so that I could better cope with stress.

Through all these experiences, I believe that in order to create health and wellness within us we need to have healthy minds, body and soul. And that ultimately, our pathway to peace is through more self love.
